Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between the provider Yupha Pramunsri and customers who make a booking via the website. By booking a service, you accept these GTC.

2. Booking and appointment scheduling
Bookings can be made online via the website or by telephone. The booking is binding once the appointment confirmation is received by email or telephone. Please indicate any health restrictions or special needs when booking to ensure optimal treatment.

3. Prices and payment terms
The prices listed on the website are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes. Additional travel expenses for treatments outside of Zurich's District 8 will be calculated based on distance and communicated in advance. Payment is due either in cash or by bank transfer after the treatment, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and appointment changes
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made later than this, or in case of no-shows, the full price of the booked service will be charged. Exceptions may be made in individual cases due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Disclaimer
The treatments are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief. However, they do not replace medical treatment or therapy. The provider assumes no liability for health problems resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions or contraindications. No liability is assumed for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website.

6. Data protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. All data collected during the booking process will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for processing the booking.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
