About me

Even as a child, I had a deep passion for caring for people. I learned my first massage techniques on my grandmother's shoulders – a moment that shaped my calling from an early age.

During my many years working in the nursing field, I developed a keen understanding of the body's needs and the importance of holistic care. My interest in therapeutic massage and physical regeneration led me to pursue further training in various areas and continuously deepen my expertise.

Since 2024, I have been self-employed in Zurich. In my practice, I offer manual lymphatic drainage, classic massage, sports massage, and Thai massage – individually tailored to your needs. My focus is not only on individual body systems, but on holistic relaxation, sustainable regeneration, and the harmonious interplay of body and mind.

Through regular further training, I integrate current findings into my work and continuously develop my range of treatments.
